‘My courses are about learning 'actual' new skills to inform each students learning practice. The plan is to 'own' ones learning and leave the course having not only enjoyed it but informed with new skills. This creates a bond, comradeship, sharing and a safe environment of learning.’ – Tutor Debi-Sara Wilkinson.

Who is this class suitable for?

This course is suitable for a broad spectrum of participants allowing those who have a degree already to those who have not participated in creative activity since school. The course is holistic to each person’s requirements, and the tutor encourages each person’s journey.

What will be covered in the class?

These relaxed, tutored life-drawing sessions will help you develop skills that put shape, form, tone and composition together.  Participants will work on new mark making skills whilst working towards a personal style. The tutor breaks down each term into an introduction, a warm up session and a main task working towards painting a composition in the last two weeks of term. This course includes one session with a life model. Homework tasks are given to then be discussed in class.
