We have some new and exciting workshops coming up, these FREE sessions are for all residents living in West Bletchley parish( postcodes MK3), all led by artists in a relaxing and friendly environment and perfect for complete beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their skills! It is also a great opportunity to get to know your local community while getting creative!

This workshop is for anyone who is new to drawing, or who wants to refresh their drawing skills. Led by Milton Keynes-based artist, Sarah Wright, the session will include a series of looking and drawing exercises that are designed to improve understanding of the principles of Line, Shape, Tone, Perspective and Proportion and to provide a firm foundation to participants’ continued creative journeys. Join artist Sveta Sangani to learn how to create Lippan Art, a traditional folk artform originating in Gujarat, Western India. Sveta will guide participants through the technique to create their own intricately patterned and reflective pieces of work from mirrors and clay. All materials are provided; no prior experience necessary.

In this 90-minute session, participants will learn the fundamentals of printing onto fabric and will then be shown how to add details and decorative elements using embroidery. No prior experience is needed—this workshop is designed for beginners and those looking to refine their skills. All materials will be provided, and each participant will leave with their own unique artwork.
